Alastin Skincare has named Diane Goostree as the company’s new President & CEO. The position is effective January 4th, 2016. Goostree succeeds the company’s founder, Scott L. Glenn, who will remain as Chairman.

Alastin Skincare describes itself as a specialty skincare company dedicated to developing and marketing innovative, clinically-tested skincare products that “enhance, protect, and maintain healthy skin for a lifetime.”

Goostree has more than 30 years of experience in both private and public pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmeceutical companies. She was a key executive driving the early development and growth of SkinMedica and recently served as CEO of Intrepid Therapeutics, a development-stage prescription dermatology company. Ms. Goostree holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.

Scott L. Glenn, Alastin’s Chairman, commented, “Diane is a very experienced executive with a strong clinical, scientific and commercial background.
